Rugged hair
Browned shell
Takes a lot to break
Let the thought not dwell
Soft inside
Pure and white
Hardened with time
Still feels the bite
Poke a hole
The water trickles
Drop by drop
As the moments drizzle
Browned shell
Takes a lot to break
Let the thought not dwell
Soft inside
Pure and white
Hardened with time
Still feels the bite
Poke a hole
The water trickles
Drop by drop
As the moments drizzle
Nice. I like poems that rhyme, and this one is real good. If poems don't rhyme, I call them vertical prose :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Rahul!...yeah I like verses that rhyme too...I feel that they lose their beauty and simplicity otherwise.........vertical prose...that's funny....very apt name :-)
